These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://cash4mines.com (the “Site”) and your relationship with Mine Reclaim Alliance LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or Services you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.
By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Information on the Site is for general information. Any service engagement occurs only after mutual written agreement (proposal, Scope of Work, and/or contract).
Quotes provided online or via email are estimates and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Actual contract terms govern the work.
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment, accepted methods) will be stated in applicable service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice.
Some parts of the Site may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
If you submit content (project details, photos, text), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute and display that content for the purpose of providing services. You represent you have the rights to submit it.
You agree not to:
Use Site for illegal purposes, transmit malware, spam, or harass others.
Try to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Post false/inaccurate information or infringe intellectual property.
All Site content (text, logos, graphics) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works without permission.
Specific payment and refund terms will be in your project contract.
If a contract is silent on refunds, we reserve the right to set reasonable cancellation fees to cover work performed and expenses.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee site uptime, completeness of content, or results from our services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mine Reclaim Alliance LLC harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your submissions, or your use of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including breach. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before litigation. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Nevada.
We may modify these Terms at any time; updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy comprise the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in force.

Use case: Marketing and informational texts – appointment reminders, project updates, service offers, safety notifications.
Opt-in mechanism: User provides phone number and checks an opt-in box on our web form or texts a keyword to our number; we store opt-in timestamp, IP address and origin page. (Example opt-in language below.)
Sample opt-in text for web form: “By providing my phone number I consent to receive automated marketing and service messages from Mine Reclaim Alliance LLC. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. HELP for help.”
Sample message content: “Mine Reclaim: Thanks for your request. We’ll call to schedule your site visit. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Opt-out: Reply STOP (immediate confirmation sent).

Frequency: Up to 3 messages per week (unless user agrees to more).
